Valencian Cuisine is promoted with an online game
Valencia Tourism has proposed a contest for users of Facebook, one of the most important social networks at the moment, where a friendly cook invites to cook the traditional Valencian paella, following the correct order of the ingredients.
To participate is only necessary to become a fan of ‘Valencia Cuina Oberta’ on Facebook ‘Valencia Cuina Oberta’ on Facebook or visit their website www.vlcgame.com
The winners of this online game will receive a tasty prize, since they can enjoy a meal with a friend in some of the Valencian restaurants participating in the first edition of the Valencia Cuina Oberta: A tu Gusto, El Timonel, L´Ancó and Tiffany’s Gallery.
The promotion began on July 16 and will be on Facebook until August 31. The winners will receive an e-mail from Turismo Valencia and will be published on the Facebook page of Cuina Oberta.

This sounds like a great idea! Valencia should be far more aggressive in the promotion of its cuisine. For instance, not many people from outside Spain know that the origin of paella is Valencian.
Maybe we should all get behind this project and spread the word?!
