Lovers of good food should take note of the dates of the next edition of Valencia Cuina Oberta – Restaurant Week, which is to be celebrated for the third time from 5 to 11 July.

This gastronomic event will feature dozens of restaurants ready to serve their best dishes at prices which are as affordable as they are absurd, given that many are prepared by renowned chefs in charge of establishments that have been graced with a Michelin star.

With prices of 20 € for lunchtime menus and 30 € for evening menus, those with restless palates can enjoy everything from the most traditional to the most modern cuisine.
