La Lola
This is one of the most imaginative restaurants in Valencia. Its minimalist and modern decor employs a massive use of white on the walls, enlivened by giant red-and-white polka dots. Prepare your palate for a parade of sunny flavors. The starters are creative and eclectic, including ice cream made with virgin olive oil over a tomato-and-olive sauce. The eager-to-please staff will tempt you with such delightful main courses as codfish with caramelized saffron and honey or else an extremely appealing Argentine baby beef loin with watermelon sorbet and jamón serrano (cured ham).

L’Oceanografic Submarino
L’Oceanografic Submarino is worth a visit for the food and its unique setting. It is placed in the central part of the Oceanographic complex of the City of Arts and Sciences, being the most emblematic building due to the peculiarity of his covering designed by Félix Candela. The main attraction of Submarino is that you eat underground, surrounded by marine life behind the glass. If dining underwater sounds a bit claustrophobic to you, opt to eat on the second level, which overlooks the water. The cuisine tends to be fully eclectic, with all kinds of world dishes and fusions.
