Since the inauguration on September 19th, 1999, the Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo Circuit has become an emblematic place. This racetrack hosts the Region of Valencia Grand Prix every year.

The Cheste circuit is also the scene for Formula 1 teams that do their winter test in Cheste before the start of the season. There are motorcycle races or other motor-related events almost every weekend. There are also private training facilities.
